The Weakerthans Frontman Announces Solo Album

John K. Samson of The Weakerthans has announced that he will be releasing his debut solo album on January 24th. Provincial will be released via Epitaph Records. The album will feature re-recorded tracks from his City Route 85 and Provincial Road 222 EPs in addition to new songs. Remember when that used to be my air?
I don’t know why you reblogged yourself but I’m stoked you did. Miracle of86 was one of my favorite bands when I was in high school. Everyone hated this record because it was so different from the self titled, but I thought it was wonderful because it was different from the self titled. You can’t copy perfection!
I couldn’t agree more. This was such a good record. I remember the first time I heard Dance Dance Revolution. Fantastic.
